  Article 135-Institution
  Canon 2841
An Institution is an aggregate, college or entity of a Religion or Cult, distinct from an Order, established at a particular location and dedicated to one primary purpose of service to members and the public at large including (but not limited to) education, aged care, health, palliative care, fitness and welfare, emergency housing, emergency relief and rehabilitation.
  Canon 2842
An Institution is not a valid Institution unless it conforms to these canons and the most sacred Covenant Pactum de Singularis Caelum.
  Canon 2843
As a Cult by definition seeks to diminish and corrupt knowledge, a Cult is forbidden to establish, operate or control Institutions in areas where knowledge is a crucial component to the effective delivery of service such as health, education and sciences.
  Canon 2844
Any Cult found to be operating an institution in an area where knowledge is a crucial component immediately forfeits the right to continue ownership and control of such services and they must be surrendered to the appropriate Ucadian Society. Where a Cult refuses to surrender institutions it is not permitted to operate, then it is permissible to seek enforcement to make sure such property and services are properly and lawfully ceded.
