Article 87 - Public ecosystems
A public ecosystem, also known as a protected ecosystem is an ecosystem that is protected by law from exploitation or damage.
Where an ecosystem is listed as protected, it shall not be permitted to disturb or exploit the area for whatever reason.
Where public ecosystems have been severely damaged or destroyed, the government of the society has an obligation to see their repair and return.
All major rivers require their natural ecosystems restored and returned to pristine condition, free of major pollutants.
