Terms and conditions

The following general terms of trade apply to the provision of goods and services by the One Heaven Society of United Free States of Spirits Trust Number. [999999-999999-999999] (hereafter defined as "The Society "). The Society reserves the right to amend, delete and/or update these standard terms of trade at any time without notice:

Hours of Operation

Standard Hours of Operation are the Times by which The Society shall provide its services and staff to any Members who Contact Us.

The Standard Hours of Operation of The Society in the provision of all Spiritual Services shall be twenty four hours (24) a day, every Day of a Week or other measure, every Month or other measure, every Year or other measure, for every Era until the valid Corporate Membership existence of the Society expires.

It shall remain the highest service standard of The Society that all official contact made to The Society by any Member shall be received and acknowledged whether by prayer, written prayer, letter to the Society or associated Society, email to the Society or associated Society, attendance to an event or any other form of Contact.

The Society reserves the right to best respond to all contact that is made to its Spiritual Services.

Standard Hours of Operation for Sovereign Services and Temporal Services shall be between the normal office hours for meetings and phone contact of 9am and 5pm where an Official Post Office and Embassy of the Society exists. Where an Official Post Office and Embassy of the Society exists, it shall be Posted as an Official Contact Address for The Society.

All Web and elctronic services provided by Officials of the Society shall remain also twenty four hours (24) a day, every day of the week for all members.

Members only

All Services are for the private use and benefit of Members only.

The Members who may legally use the Services of The Society are all those Members having been pre-assigned a valid Member No. from:

to

As by the most sacred Divine Notice Pactum De Singularis Caelum, also known as the Covenant of One Heaven and the Notice of Divine Agreement and Understanding of the New Covenant, those Spirit Members have now been issued their valid Member numbers as listed above. However, the Society reserves the right to restrict certain services to living Members until they undertake the Act of Redemption and redeem their pre-assigned membership number.

Furthermore, the Society reserves the right to restrict certain web services and web access to only those redeemed members who can demonstrate they possess a copy of their pre-assigned membership number.

Free Consent and knowledge of use of Service

It is a condition of the provision of any of the Services of the Society that the Member uses the Service free of any duress and on the assumption that they have full knowledge of their obligations, the laws of the Society, whether they have read such laws or not.

It is shall never be a requirement of the Society to prove due service and prior knowledge, but for the Member to disprove by their ignorance or superior argument.

Notices

A Notice shall be recognized as an Official Notarized Instrument of the Society when complying to form as set forth by the most sacred Divine Notice Pactum De Singularis Caelum, also known as the Covenant of One Heaven and the Notice of Divine Agreement and Understanding of the New Covenant.

When a Notice is Notarized by a Notary of One Heaven or an authorized officer, it shall carry the full force of the laws of the Society as an Official Instrument of the Society and a proper extension and record of those laws.

In general form, a Notice of the Society shall be the physical authentic original recorded and reproducable instrument of publication of an official requirement by obligation of Law of the Society that a party named in any legal process concerning the laws of the Society affecting their rights, obligations or duties to be made aware of this process.

As a valid Notice is a Notice of the One Heaven Society of Free United States of Spirits it represents the highest of all notarized documents, the first and most supreme of all legal and court instruments of the highest court of all courts and jurisdiction of all societies.

As all higher order beings ipso facto are members of the Society, by this most sacred covenant, no member of the Society is permitted to deny the validity of a Divine Notice, nor its contents of Divine Remedy.

Great Ledger and Public Record

All official records and transactions including members, documents shall be registered on the Great Ledger and Public record.
