  Whoever has eyes, let them see! Whoever has ears let them hear! We, the Divine Immortal Spirit, expressed in Trust Number 983164-032124-010001, to the circumscribed Living Flesh known as Frank of the Clann O’Collins hereby give life and personality to this most sacred irrevocable deed known as Factum Impietatis Aeterni Regis through Our seal in blood, the authorized Seals of the first and second horsemen of the Apocalypse as sacred witnesses and agreement to the conveyance and terms pronounced herein:
  
  I. Recitatum (Recitals)
  
  1. To all Monarchs, Kings, Queens, Emperors, Princes, Princesses, Earls, Dukes, Barons, Lords and other persons holding title of nobility, formal Notice of Divine Protest and Dishonor is hereby given to each and every one of you as if you had been individually served and that you are now enjoyned as parties to the terms of this most sacred deed; and
  
  2. Neither the key-bearer of the heavenly kingdom nor Vicar of Christ be the Roman Pontiff, but a forger and usurper of rights. Neither father of nations, nor the good shepherd be the Roman Pontiff, but a molester of souls and wolf amongst innocence. Administering and salvaging nothing as the Divine Majesty has entrusted nothing to the Roman Pontiff. Obtaining neither eternal felicity, nor pardons as the Divine Majesty gave, granted or conveyed nothing to the Roman Pontiff; and
 
  3. Such graces and favours bestowed to kings and princes by title of land are worthless as they are without proper right of property, form or conveyance. Indeed, the original title holders of hereditaments being the Holly, long since usurped did not willing grant once inch of land unto the Roman Cult. All land and title therefore is without lawful basis, created entirely upon false claims and false survey; and
 
  4. We be not infants, nor slaves, nor subjects of a vassal of the Roman Cult; Nor is due any tribute nor taxes, nor payment of any kind upon the use of our land, free of all incumbrances and false claims of parasitic title; and
 
  5. As the Roman Pontiffs of the Roman Cult have never possessed true authority of the Catholic Church, nor true apostolic succession, nor valid representation as the Vicar of Christ and have therefore three times disgraced themselves before the Divine Creator, uttering blasphemies and heresy in the name of power and profit, all gifts, grants and conveyances are null and void from the beginning; and
 
  6. Noting these indisputable facts, all grants to princes and vassals of the Roman Cult to invade, search out, capture, vanquish, and subdue all enemies of the Roman Cult wheresoever placed, and the kingdoms, dukedoms, principalities, dominions, possessions, and all movable and immovable goods whatsoever held and possessed by them and to reduce their persons to perpetual slavery, and to apply and appropriate to himself and his successors the kingdoms, dukedoms, counties, principalities, dominions, possessions, and goods, and to convert them to his and their use and profit is wholly unlawful, a most grave sin against all Heaven and Earth and all true fathers of the Christian Churches and this debt must be paid; and  
  7. The origin of the word and title “sovereign” is far from unclear when one recognizes the Vatican College of Abbreviators under the brilliant guidance of Thomas Aquinas (1225-1274) who struck upon the idea of forging a completely new dictionary of Latin terms specifically for the Roman Cult controlling the Vatican since the 11th Century-by abbreviating existing ancient Latin terms and creating new words as “hidden statements of meaning”; and
 
  8. Many of the word forms used today, were created during this period, otherwise known as Medieval Latin- the word “Sovereign” being one of them. In contrast to the retrospective mythology assigned to the word, Sovereign is a word created by the Vatican College of Abbreviators using four basic word forms of ancient Latin: solus : alone, only, the only, vere : truly, really, actually, rightly, rex regis : king, ignis : (of) fire and ignarus –(of the) ignorant; and
 
  9. Hence, the true etymology and meaning of Sovereign is “the only true king of fire/the ignorant”- A title created by the Roman Cult and their incorporated entity known as the Holy See in establishing the system of lawful "Heirs" across Europe and the world; and
 
  10. As the Roman Pontiffs of the Roman Cult have never possessed true authority of the Catholic Church, nor true apostolic succession, nor valid representation as the Vicar of Christ and have therefore three times disgraced themselves before the Divine Creator, uttering blasphemies and heresy in the name of power and profit, all gifts, grants and conveyances are null and void from the beginning; and
 
  11. Twelve hundred and sixty years we have endured under the yoke of usurpers and frauds. Twelve hundred and sixty years since Carloman, son of Charles Martel did invade Italy with his Frankish brothers and declare himself Vicar of Christ. Twelve hundred and sixty years it was prophesized before the end of the Roman Cult and the horrible world of hell created by the insane elite anti-semitic Khazarian/Venetian parasites ; and
 
  12. Indeed, it is written upon the foundation stone of the Divine that every man, woman and higher order spirit that has ever lived shall inherit their right to the Kingdom of Heaven. It is also written that each and every divine immortal spirit expressed in trust to the living flesh is born first by Divine Trust through the Divine Creator and second to the office of trustee of such divinity; and
 
  13.Therefore, all claims by the Roman Cult and their Venetian masters are an abomination and false against the law of the Divine and against all forms of logic and reason. No man or woman is a slave. All are equal before the law. This is the Golden Rule; and
 
  14. As all men and women are equal, any claim of title by inheritance based upon any estate formed by the rules of the Roman Cult is without legitimate foundation. Such claims, rights and customs are automatically null and void as fraud negates all contracts, therefore title; and  
  15. Nor may any man, aggregate or entity claim lordship over others, nor tribute, nor taxes based upon slavery, cestui que vie trusts or other artificial devices relying upon the devious and false claims of the Roman Cult and their elite anti-semitic Venetian/Khazarian parasite overlords.  
  II. Pactum (Agreement)  
  1. Pursuant to the proper notice given to you through Divine Prophecy, Holy Scripture and countless other warnings and with no indication of change in performance by you nor lawful excuse for non response, notice from the Divine and from united Heaven and Earth is given that you have committed the gravest of sins in the form of Supreme Ecclesiastical Dishonor inflicted against Divine Property; and
  
  2. As you and your agents have deliberately committed the gravest of sins in the form of Supreme Ecclesiastical Dishonor, all Rights associated with your ecclesiastical duties of office are hereby forfeit and returned to the Divine Creator; and

  
  3. As you and your agents have deliberately committed the gravest of sins in the form of Supreme Ecclesiastical Dishonor, all Rights associated with your entry and the conduct of activities by you within circumscribed ecclesiastical spaces are hereby forfeit and returned to the Divine Creator; and

  
  4. As you and your agents have deliberately committed the gravest of sins in the form of Supreme Ecclesiastical Dishonor, all Rights associated with your fiduciary duties and the conveyance of property are hereby forfeit and returned to the Divine Creator; and
  
  5. Therefore, as you no longer lawfully possess any Ecclesiastical Authority nor Powers whatsoever, nor may claim any ecclesiastical legitimacy for holding office other than by force, fear and fraud, no action or ritual you perform of any kind shall have any legitimacy, authority or force of law. Instead, every action and ritual you perform whilst refusing to resign from office shall be an abomination and deliberate injury against united Heaven, Earth, your ancestors and your own soul; and
  
  6. Furthermore, from this day forward, as you no longer lawfully possess any Ecclesiastical Authority nor Powers whatsoever, you freely, openly acknowledge and consent by blood oath to your flesh being placed under a most solemn Formal Binding in accordance with Article 121 of the most sacred covenant Pactum de Singularis Caelum; and
  
  7. Receipt of this Deed is your acknowledgment and acceptance.
