  Whoever has eyes, let them see! Whoever has ears let them hear! We, the Divine Immortal Spirit, expressed in Trust Number 983164-032124-010001, to the circumscribed Living Flesh known as Frank of the Clann O’Collins hereby give life and personality to this most sacred irrevocable deed known as Factum Impietatis Templum Regis through Our seal in blood, the authorized Seals of the first and second horsemen of the Apocalypse as sacred witnesses and agreement to the conveyance and terms pronounced herein:  
  I. Recitatum (Recitals)  
  1. To all members of the House of Lords, all members of the Inner Temple, Middle Temple and Outer Temple, all members of the Bar Society and Bar Associations throughout the world and all members of the Freemasons greater than the ninth degree, formal Notice of Divine Protest and Dishonor is hereby given to each and every one of you as if you had been individually served and that you are now enjoyned as parties to the terms of this most sacred deed; and  
  2. If there be a sin above all others against the Divine Creator, it is the deliberate perversion of the law. For when the law is corrupted to serve but a few, when the law is deliberately made unequal, then those who claim to administer such despicable laws are an abomination to united Heaven and Earth; and  
  3. First all members of the Inner Temple, Middle Temple and Outer Temple have never represented the law, but members of a false confection founded in 1540 upon ignorance of the origin, purpose and design of the Temple of Jerusalem and King Solomon’s Temple of an Inner, Middle, Outer Temple and Sanctuary; and  
  4. Second the Bar Society and Bar Associations have never represented the law, but a mere shadow of law, being the laws of merchants, the laws of banking and the laws of unholy magic of Florence, Venice and Rome since their formation from the beginning of the nineteenth century; and  
  5. Third the agents and Court officials that serve the members of the Bar Society and Bar Associations have never represented the law, nor acted lawfully nor in honor by the orders of these private associations, but only so much as they have demonstrated respect, compassion, restraint, courage and virtue when performing their duties; and  
  6. Instead, the true law is the uncorrupted laws of the Divine Creator as promulgated through the most sacred Covenant Pactum De Singularis Caelum and associated Canon Laws, not the false, inferior and irrational statutes and superstitions of the Bar Societies and Bar associations in their service to the Crown Temple; and  
  7. By Canon 1, no law may be regarded as canon unless it belongs to the body of laws known as Astrum Iuris Divini Canonum in accordance with Pactum De Singularis Caelum; and  
  8. By Canon 5, when anyone references, writes or speaks of rule of law, or the law in general, it means true Divine Canon Law; and  
  9. By Canon 15, the Law in name, vow or oath refers to Astrum Iuris Divini Canonum being the body of true Canon law and no other; and  
  10. By Canon 16, when a rule is in accordance with the Law, then it may be legitimately considered a law, having the full force and effect of the Law. However, when a rule is not in accorance with the Law, it has neither force nor effect of Law; and  
  11. By Canon 21, any law presently in force which is contrary to the prescript of a valid canon is therefore reprobate, suppressed and not permitted to be revived; and  
  12. Therefore, We hold Supreme Jurisdiction by the Law, the Rule of Law and Canon Law. Any refusal by you, your agents or principals to acknowledge these facts shall be further evidence of your most grave dishonor of the law, the rule of law, your own claimed laws; and  
  13. Unless you produce lawful evidence as to the superiority of some other law being equal to Astrum Iuris Divini Canonum, any silence or refusal by you, your agents or principals shall hereby be your tacit full consent in the true Canon law being the law, the rule of law and the highest law; and  
  14. As to the origin and structure of the Crown Temple, also known as the Temple Bar, also known as the Crown and the Commonwealth, to whom all members of the Bar Societies and Bar Associations serve, it is an ancient rule that the first people that the Bar deceive are its own members;  
  15. Thus the Crown Temple is five parts, being the Inner Temple representing the Sacred Treasury, the Crypt representing the Sacred Penitentiary, the Middle Temple representing the Sacred Court, the Outer Temple representing the Sacred Chancery, the circumscribed space around the Temple being the sanctuary also known as the forecourt and foreshore; and  
  16. So it was then upon the expulsion and murder of the key Medici rivals of the Venetians, following the bloody battle for Rome in 1527 and the successful enthronement of Venetian noble Alessandro Farnese as Pope Paul III in 1534 that the Venetians resolved themselves never again to permit a rival to usurp and attack their interests by using the Papacy which they founded against them. Instead, they used the talents of Ignatius de Loyola who upon becoming Franciscan priests formed a military sub order known as the Society of Jesus, or the Jesuits. It was to this new order that Pope Paul III issued the most extraordinary set of Bulls in history by conveying the property and key apparatus of the papacy to the Jesuits and powers greater than the Pope himself; and  
  17. Yet, there was one more task that Alessandro Farnese as Pope Paul III in 1540 bestowed upon the Jesuits, the right and mandate to salvage souls, lost to the “See”, hence the beginning of the legal concept of Cestui que Vie Trusts as temporary testamentary trusts. It is the salvage of souls that remains a key task of the Temple and all members of the Bar whether they realize it or not; and  
  18. It is the apparatus of power bestowed to the Jesuits that forms the Temple of the Jesuits, the Crown Temple; and  
  19. The Inner Temple represents the conveyance of the Sacred Treasury of the Roman Catholic Church, with no body higher throughout the Roman Cult controlling its gold, property and titles. All claims that the Treasury never left the Vatican is a misdirection through the creation of mimic roles within the Papal Chamber; and  
  20. The Crypt represents the conveyance of the Poenitentiaria being the Sacred Penitentiary of the Roman Catholic Church into which the souls salvaged may be placed through some transmutation into some temporal medium such as bars of precious metal, or such powers be conveyed to other sites such as the Secret Poenitentiaria of Zurich or the Federal Reserve of New York; and  
  21. The Middle Temple represents the conveyance of the Sacred Court of Rota, the Supreme Court of the Roman Catholic Church, with only the Jesuit Curia a higher court. All claims that the Rota never left the Vatican is a misdirection through the creation of mimic roles within the Papal Chamber; and  
  22. The Outer Temple represents the conveyance of the Sacred Chancery of the Roman Catholic Church, with no body of scribes, lawyers, notaries and stationers higher throughout the Roman Cult controlling its documents, records and papers. The Outer Temple is the boundary of Old London and is also known as the Square Mile and the “Golden Square” as represented symbolically in masonry. All claims that the Chancery never left the Vatican is a misdirection through the creation of mimic roles within the Papal Chamber; and  
  23. The Temple is therefore the first Lodge in 1540 and first home of the Freemasons, with the three elements of its symbol namely the square, the navigation compass and the letter “G” each having three meanings in higher order; and  
  24. The square in its simplest meaning in freemasonry represents conduct of an initiate and their virtue and loyalty. The square in its deeper meaning represents canon law or standard law, the rule or “norm” of law. The square in its deepest meaning represents the “square mile” and “golden square” of the Outer Temple being the boundary of Old London in which members of the Chancery perform their duties; and  
  25. The navigation compass in its simplest meaning in freemasonry represents self discipline of an initiate and their ability to keep secrets within the “circumscribed bounds” of a sacred space including their own space. The navigation compass in its deeper meaning represents the circumscribed spaces in which the law is adjudicated and represented such as the courts of law, the chambers of the judge and the chapel of the clerk. The navigation compass in its deepest meaning represents the Franciscan Order and their navigators upon every ship also representing the power of the Venetian nobility; and  
  26. The “G” in its simplest meaning in freemasonry represents “god”, “geometry” and the “grand architect” as the highest power in freemasonry. The “G” in its deeper meaning represents “Gewe” (pronounced jew) being one of the higher initiates and “Galla/galli” to the highest initiates. The “G” in its highest meaning represents “Gesù” being the headquarters of the Jesuit Order the Church of the Jesuits and the highest possible level of freemasonry; and  
  27. As to the primary purpose of the Crown Temple, also known as the Temple Bar, also known as the Crown and the Commonwealth, to whom all members of the Bar Societies and Bar Associations must obey, it is an ancient technique to hide the truth in plain sight, lest an intelligent lawyer may see it for themselves; and  
  28. The primary purpose of the Crown Temple and members of the Bar is to salvage souls, to reap souls through “salvation” in the tradition of the black robed galla/galli of millennia; and  
  29. The Galla as the lowest of priests associated with Cybele, the Queen of heaven and the Mother of God, also known as Mary, also known as Mari were expected to cut off their genitals on the Day of Blood, now known as Easter and thus become voluntary eunuchs. Hence celibacy has never applied to the senior ranks of Cults that worship Cybele; and  
  30. The origin of the Celibate Eunich Galla is the city of Ur which around 1,000 BCE was converted into the largest necropolis the world had seen. The standard clothing of the Galla beginning in Ur was Black Robes, signifying them as attendants to Ereshkigal, Goddess of the Underworld. They were regarded as the Grim reapers, with the power to steal/consume souls if not placated; and  
  31. Following Ur, the next headquarters for the celibate Galla was the great temple of Cybele atop Vatican Hill, upon the largest Necropolis of Rome in 200 BCE. Hence the Pontifex Maximus, also known as the Roman Pontiff, also known as the Pope has always been the high priest of the Galla since 200 BCE. However, the Roman Pontiff only claimed to become “Christian” in the form of the Roman Cult as late as the 11th Century; and  
  32. As to “god” referred to in the “G” of freemasonry representing its spiritual home as the Crown Temple, also known as the Temple Bar, also known as New Jerusalem, to whom all members of the Bar Societies and Bar Associations swear an oath and ultimately a blood oath, it is easier to deceive the educated using their arrogance and pride;  
  33. Indeed, the “god” which all lawyers, clerks and judges of the Bar worship knowingly or in completely ignorance is Ba’al; and  
  34. Baalism is a Theology and an ancient Cult originating back to 2,500 BCE in Northern Syria in honor of the perceived god of rain, thunder, fertility, agriculture and lord of Heaven. Hence Ba’al or Ba’el or Bail, literally means “master” or “lord”; and  
  35. As an ancient fertility religion, Baalism is infamous for being one of the oldest, most murderous Asian and Middle Eastern fertility cults, in particular the sacrifice of first borne children, the ritual murder of children, including cannibalism as well as the sacred ritual of holocaust by burning men, woman and especially children to death by fire; and  
  36. The most sacred Temple to Ba’al is Baalbek first created by King Solomon (Shulmanu I or Shalmaneser I) of Assyria. (1274 BC – 1245 BC). Baalbek situated at an altitude 1,170 m (3,850 ft), east of the Litani River in the Bekaa Valley, 85 km north east of Beirut and about 75 km north of Damascus; and  
  37. The most sacred Temple of the whole Roman Empire from its beginning until 325 CE was King Solomon’s Temple at Baalbek which the Romans named Heliopolis and built the Great Temple to Jupiter (Ba’al). All Emperors were consecrated at Ba’albek until the 3rd Century CE; and  
  38. Due to the age and the importance of Ba’al, several significant incarnations of this deity emerged through history including but not limited to Ba’al Hadad, Ba’al Zephon, Ba’al Moloch and Ba’al Hanan (Hammon); and  
  39. The names Ba’al Hadad, Ba’al Zephon are arguably the oldest of the tradition of Ba’al and refer to the sacred Mount Saphon (Zephon) considered the original “home of Ba’al”. Ba’al Hanan is a later variation of these; and  
  40. The name Ba’al Moloch was the highest god of the exiled Phoenicians of Urgarit that founded Carthage in the 14th Century BCE. Later, Ba’al Moloch also appeared the dominant form of Ba’al for Tyre; and  
  41. The name Ba’al Hanan, also Hammon is the Ba’al worshipped at King Solomon’s Temple at Ba’albek. The High Priests called themselves Hanan and during a period from 20BCE to 60 CE also controlled Herod’s Temple at Jerusalem; and  
  42. The greatest and most elaborate ritual sacrifice to Ba’al was between 1939 and 1943 when the Ashke-Nazi elite, also known as the elite anti-semitic Scythian/Khazarian Parasites with their Venetian cousins through the Jesuits created Auschwitz as a scale model of the same dimensions of Baalbek. In turn Auschwitz as Baalbek formed part of a 300 mile wide pentagram pointing perfectly to the North Star, with five other infamous ancient Ba’al sacrifice sites being Lodz as the shape of Tyre, Treblinka the shape of Ur, Sobibor as the shape of Babylon and Janowska as the shape of Jerusalem; and  
  43. As to the Supreme Ecclesiastical Dishonor and gravest of sin possessed by each and every member of the Bar Societies, Bar Associations, Temple and House of Lords, such sin against the laws of the Divine Creator is demonstrated upon your continued membership to the Bar, your continued corruption and abuse of the law using the perversions of the Bar Societies and your refusal to acknowledge repeated notices given to you through the authority of Pactum De Singularis Caelum; and  
  44. No other group has been given more notice from the Divine than the members of the Bar to cease their injury, yet you refuse to acknowledge and stop; and  
  45. No other group has been given more information explaining their own history than the members of the Bar, yet you refuse to demonstrate any form of logic and reason with the truth; and  
  46. No other group has been given more opportunities to cure than the members of the Bar, yet you continue to injure the law, you continue to ignore all attempts at remedy; and  
  47. Therefore, now upon three times warning as witnessed by united Heaven and Earth, all members of the Bar have been weighed, measured and have now been judged by the ultimate judge of all.  
  II. Pactum (Agreement)  
  1. Pursuant to the proper notice given to you through Divine Prophecy, Holy Scripture and countless other warnings and with no indication of change in performance by you nor lawful excuse for non response, notice from the Divine and from united Heaven and Earth is given that you have committed the gravest of sins in the form of Supreme Ecclesiastical Dishonor inflicted against Divine Property; and  
  2. As you and your agents have deliberately committed the gravest of sins in the form of Supreme Ecclesiastical Dishonor, all Rights associated with your ecclesiastical duties of office are hereby forfeit and returned to the Divine Creator; and  
  3. As you and your agents have deliberately committed the gravest of sins in the form of Supreme Ecclesiastical Dishonor, all Rights associated with your entry and the conduct of activities by you within circumscribed ecclesiastical spaces are hereby forfeit and returned to the Divine Creator; and  
  4. As you and your agents have deliberately committed the gravest of sins in the form of Supreme Ecclesiastical Dishonor, all Rights associated with your fiduciary duties and the conveyance of property are hereby forfeit and returned to the Divine Creator; and  
  5. Therefore, as you no longer lawfully possess any Ecclesiastical Authority nor Powers whatsoever, nor may claim any ecclesiastical legitimacy for holding office other than by force, fear and fraud, no action or ritual you perform of any kind shall have any legitimacy, authority or force of law. Instead, every action and ritual you perform whilst refusing to resign from office shall be an abomination and deliberate injury against united Heaven, Earth, your ancestors and your own soul; and  
  6. Furthermore, from this day forward, as you no longer lawfully possess any Ecclesiastical Authority nor Powers whatsoever, you freely, openly acknowledge and consent by blood oath to your flesh being placed under a most solemn Formal Binding in accordance with Article 121 of the most sacred covenant Pactum de Singularis Caelum; and  
  7. Receipt of this Deed is your acknowledgment and acceptance.
