Q1. What does Factum Impietatis Divinae mean?  
  Factum Impietatis Divinae literally means “Deed of Divine Impiety, Disloyalty and Untrustworthy conduct”. To the Romans and indeed to virtually every ancient civilization, the very worst crime of all crimes was ecclesiastical dishonor of a priest, or some religious leader or person appointed with ecclesiastical authority or powers such as an officer or the concept of a knight.  
  A priest may have belonged to a sect that worshipped dark forces. A priest, rabbi or bishop may have even pretended to be a force for good, whilst practicing the very darkest of arts. Yet, even within the rules of the Roman Cult, also known as the Vatican as well as the Talmud founded by the Menes-heh as worshippers of Satan, “divine impiety”, disloyalty and untrustworthiness towards their own beliefs and rules is considered the most terrible of crimes.  
  It is why a priest, an officer, a knight or any other person holding office, therefore a position through some ecclesiastical authority is supposed to be forbidden to enter any circumscribed space, act in any kind of duty and for any decision to be valid until any ecclesiastical dishonor has been restored.  
  Of course, now at the end of the reign of the Roman Cult and the elite anti-semitic Khazar/Venetian parasites, such rules of respect for the forces of light and dark are no longer honored and men and women continue to perform official duties in open dishonor- openly proclaiming their impiety to all the forces of united heaven and earth, in mockery of the history of civilization.  
  No more obvious is this open mockery of the most ancient principles of honor is with members of the Bar Associations and Bar Societies who are now committing openly, freely and mockingly ecclesiastical dishonor day after day, thus proclaiming that they no longer even wish to pretend to represent the law, or even the laws of the Roman Cult and the Temple Bar.  
   
Q2. Why is Ecclesiastical Honor so important?  
  In any kind of sustainable system of law, Ecclesiastical Honor is essential to an officer having the rights and powers to perform their duties and for any execution of duties to be considered legitimate. This is because of (1) the formation of office; (2) the divine origin of property (rights); and (3) the lawfulness of conveyance of rights of office; and (4) the lawfulness of decisions of office.  
  The formation of office is by definition the fact that a person is granted access and use of some kind of sacred space also called a chamber, a chapel or an office. This may be a physical location such as a judge’s chamber, or a clerks chapel. But it may be also the creation of circumscribed space around a person upon being invested into office. Ecclesiastical dishonor therefore renders a person forbidden to enter circumscribed and sacred space without committing further injury.  
  The nature of property by definition means the Divine is the ultimate owner. Therefore, all transactions and conveyance of property must be considered valid. A person who has committed ecclesiastical dishonor does not have the right, nor power to validate, sign nor execute any deed on behalf of the divine because they are in disgrace with the divine, therefore cannot perform any valid property transactions.  
  Almost all rights of office are dependent upon the person being in honor. This is especially the case with judges, clerks and prosecutors. When individuals in these roles are in dishonor, they are not even permitted to claim the powers of office, let alone make any decisions claiming such powers.  
   
Q3. How are the 7 Deeds of Protest and Dishonor being served?  
  In the first instance, all 7 deeds have been posted as public notice on the site http://one-heaven.org. In the second instance, members of One Heaven who have pronounced their own Ecclesiastical Deed Poll are encouraged to place their own trust number, clann name and blood seal on any or all of the seven (7) deeds of protest and dishonor to their local cardinals, rabbi, bishops, political and corporate leaders.  
  There is no specific plan of systematic broadcast and multiple notices. Official and valid notice has been given by the publishing of the seven deeds on the internet. Any person who is affected has the easy ability to search and find these deeds. If members choose to ensure there can be no excuse and serve additional notice then the deepest gratitude is extended to such competent and honorable people at this moment in history.  
  It would truly be one of the greatest acts of history if many men and women took it upon themselves to give notice of these deeds by placing their own trust number, clann name and blood seal on one or more of these deeds. This is up to each and every member to decide.  
   
Q4. Why are the Jesuits excluded from the list of those in dishonor?  
  Twelve months ago, upon the Day of Divine Agreement and Understanding (21 Dec 2009), seven (7) notices were served across heaven and earth, including all corporations, the Vatican, the Jesuits, the Saudi royal family and the Chinese communist party leadership. Of all these specific groups named, only one (1) showed any kind of respect to their own history and this moment in time to respond.  
  It was through an invitation to lunch with one of the most powerful theologians of the Catholic and Anglican churches – the leading living theologian of “Christology” and one of the most respected academic teachers and intellectuals of the Jesuits worldwide, having held the esteemed position of Rector of the Gregoriana Pontifica University in Rome.  
  While he did not speak directly on the writ to the Jesuits, many subjects and matters were discussed by allegory for over 3 hours mostly around the subject of heresy, original ideas and the absence of discipline of thinking and fortutude towards completion by many who had such ideas over history.  
  It must be clearly understood by all those who read, that all senior Jesuits swear an oath to seek and destroy every heretic and heresy and that over their history, there have been very few, if any, that have even come close to their discipline, intellectual brilliance and willing self-sacrifice to their cause.  
  Therefore, some may falsely argue that the absence of a literal document of approval means anything less qualifies as a dishonor. Others may be tricked by their own thinking into concluding that such a meeting was a ruse, some false flag. This might be true. But it was nonetheless a meeting and lunch of the utmost respect in a Jesuit House no less between a nephew, the black sheep of the family and his illustrious uncle.  
  Others may seize upon this meeting and the absence of the Jesuits to proclaim the author himself to be a Jesuit. Indeed, such name calling and vomiting ignorant comments in the face of history is to be expected. Yet the fact remains that such a meeting could not and would not have taken place if it was not deemed appropriate and thus the Jesuit Order, despite its integral place in the domination and control of the world remains technically in honor, whilst many of its lesser agents such as the Bar Associations and Bar Society are in complete ecclesiastical dishonor.  
  If however by Judgment Day on 21st December 2011, the Jesuit Order has not recognized it is free from the control of the clinically insane elite anti-semitic Khazar/Venetian parasite families and if the order has not pledged its absolute loyalty to the fulfilment to the sacred Covenant Pactum De Singularis Caelum, then it will be the first to be condemned to history forever.  
   
Q5. Why are the Bilderbergs, the Committee of 300 and other evil groups not mentioned by name?  
  There is a “popular culture” image of the controlling powers of the world that raise certain groups above others as the apex of the “New World Order” and evil. Examples include the Bilderberg think tank meetings, the Council for Foreign Relations are two classic examples.  
  All the most powerful entities and people that control the world, excluding the Jesuit Order (see reasons above) are listed as being under formal binding because of the extreme ecclesiastical dishonor. This means that people who would otherwise attend Bilderberg, CFR meetings and many others have already been noticed through the deed.  
  Secondly, there are many cross group meetings and entities such as the Club of Rome, the European Union, the United Nations as examples that do not on their own expose the underlying power structure. Apology therefore to those who feel that absence of naming these cross-entity groups somehow weakens the divine notices, when in fact the notices themselves name perfectly the key people and entities that must be held to account.  
     
   
Q6. Isn’t the concept of Formal Binding under Article 121 too harsh?  
  It is true that all who are enjoyned and therefore affected by these deeds of protest and dishonor and subject to a Formal Binding have freely accepted and agreed themselves to a most horrible course of events. The Sacrament of Formal Binding as defined by Article 121 of the sacred covenant Pactum de Singularis Caelum is one of the most powerful of sacraments.  
  Yet such is the seriousness of dishonor these people have done to their own rules, let alone the laws of the Divine Creator, that the Sacrament of Formal Binding is far more compassionate. For example, all bindings are ended once the soul is freed. Once a soul is freed then they are a also free of the binding and welcomed as a member of One Heaven.  
  For those who still consider Formal Binding to be far too harsh, it is worth reminding the most ancient notices and warnings that have existed for thousands of years against being in divine dishonor facing Judgment Day. Yet, sadly many of these people will refuse to listen, will refuse to read and refuse all forms of logic and reason. Thus, it is up to purely divine and spiritual intervention to help these mentally ill and troubled souls who refuse to stop their evil behaviour to transition to a more peaceful state.  
   
Q7. Will these Deeds have any effect?  
  They are the most formal, ecclesiastical and valid legal documents of their type, witnessed no less than two of the horseman of the apocalypse. They have already been executed and are enforce.  
  If one is referring however to whether those in authority will take any notice, then the answer is probably the same to the inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah. Sadly, the answer is no. Most people in power suffer such debilitating mental illnesses that they will find it impossible to consider this is the end.
