Definition: | From 14th Century Latin clamo/clamare meaning "to make an ORAL DECLARATION" . The generic definitions "call, shout, cry aloud" commonly attached to the word are all deliberately misleading and not its true and original legal definition. Prior to the corrupted legal concepts of the Roman Cult, the proper ancient Roman legal word was indico = "to proclaim, make publicly known, announce, disclose". In the 18th Century the procedural meaning was added = "a written legal demand (declaration) for compensation or damages". In spite of this contradictory legal definition, by its earliest and true meaning, a "claim" is only valid when spoken. |
