Allah is great
Allah is the greatest
The source of all life
The father of all knowledge

Open our minds
Open our hearts
So we may understand
what is right from wrong by your will,
not from false teachers.

That we do not behave in ignorance
Nor disgrace your name because of our defilements.

For no excuse shall you grant us
If our defence is deliberate ignorance.
As it is by your will that we holy covenant of One Islam
And it is by your word alone that is the source of all wisdom.
