that it illuminates within and without.
May the blessed light of the sun warm your heart
that you may warm the souls of strangers and friends alike.
May the light of wisdom burn bright within your mind,
that you may be a lighthouse of strength to others midst the storm of life.

May the blessing of rain be upon you,
that is washes clean any faults or transgressions.
May the blessing of the sea greet you,
that its salty breeze and roar fills our belly with courage.
May the blessing of cool rivers quench you,
that you may never want of thirst or bitterness.

May the blessing of the earth rise to meet you,
that you journey may be smooth and safe.
May our bodies be put at peace within the earth upon our day of rest,
that our spirits may move freely to its next journey.
