I call on your understanding and compassion.
I call on your awareness to help me and lift me through this time in my life.
I stand now before you and admit my addiction.
I stand before you and recognize the reasons for my addiction.
I stand before you and recognize the consequences of my addiction.
I am here by the consequences of my addiction.

Yet I know I am more.
I am more than this moment.
I am more than this body.
My mind is immortal,
awareness is eternal.

From this point I forgive myself.
I look honestly at myself
and respect I am more.

No more self hate,
only self love.
No more ignorance,
only respect.
No more dishonesty,
only honesty.
No more depression,
only enthusiasm.
No more hate,
only compassion.
No more anger,
only cheerfulness.
No more guilt,
only confidence
No more fear,
only joy.
No more pain.
Let it be so.
