Sperm Conveyance, also known as “Sperm Donation”, is the gift, grant or sale of male sperm to another for the purpose of future use in fertilization of one (1) or more eggs of the same species.

A Sperm Donor by the nature of the conveyance, cedes any future claim of ownership of their Sperm to a new owner for some consideration.

A Sperm Donor is the biological father of every infant produced through the use of his sperm. However, in accordance with the nature of Sperm Conveyance can never be regarded as the legal father.

As a Homo Sapien Sperm Donor cedes all legal rights and parenting rights upon such a donation, as a general rule all Sperm Donors should remain anonymous.
