The Concept of Era
Unlike alternate and inferior Time Systems, UCADIA Time recognizes the most ancient cycle of 25,680 Sun year cycles of the precession of the equinox, further divided into "Era" of approximately 3210 years.
We are in the 8th and final Era of a Great Cycle approaching the actual year of the end of that cycle on [Wed, 21 Dec 2011] by the old cycle or UCA E8:Y3210:A0:S1:M27:D6. By the most ancient time we will enter a year known as year 0--a year of renewal, a Great Jubilee and forgiveness of all debts before beginning the 1st year of the new Great Precession by the old calendar on [Fri, 21 Dec 2012] or UCA E1:Y1:A1:S1:M9:D1.
Original Law referencing the existence and status of UCADIA Time unit of Era
The Official UCADIA Time Unit of Era is given reference, existence and status according to Article 33.2 Ucadia Time System of the Sacred and Divine Original Law, Pactum De Singularis Caelum
The first part of UCADIA Time System is the Era, by name representing one eighth (1/8th) of a complete cycle of the 25,769 Sun Year cycle of the precession of the equinox representing a natural cycle of orbital shift of the Earth axis. An Era is therefore be 3210 years, except the 1st era of a new Great Precesion whereby an extra year is added and this year shall be called zero. As the 1st year of the 1st Era of a new Great Precession is called Year zero, it represents the Divine Creator the end of old things and the beginning of new. The Era that is ending is named Pisces and the beginning of the new Era is known as Aquarius.
