  Step 2- Sending an Ecclesiastical Deed Poll ("EDP") strongly glued onto the back of a certified copy of your birth certificate along with your Live Borne Record is the next step of proof of your competent living status and superior title to the same four (4) national officials who you served with the Pronouncement of Restitution.  
     
  Q. What is sent to the Registrar in the package?  
  (1) Send your color photocopy of the Birth certificate (preferably long copy, but if not then short version is fine) on blue paper with the Ecclesiastical Deed Poll glued to the back separately to all four (4) national officials to whom you sent the Pronouncement of Restitution. In all other circumstances do not make copies of their birth certificate.  
  (2) A colour print of your Live Borne Record  
  (3) A copy of your Pronuntio Restitutum  
  (4) Copy of the Letter Rogatory, Obsignation and Acceptance for Pronuntio Restitutum  
  (5) Letter Rogatory, Obsignation and Acceptance for EDP (see below)  
     
  WARNING: Do not consider any naturalization certificate as equivalent to the Birth certificate even though trusts and other instruments are created when you are naturalized. If you surrender your naturalization then there is always a risk the society may choose to have you "deported".  
     
  Preparing the Ecclesiastical Deed Poll  
  Before you consider sending an Ecclesiastical Deed Poll, please read the canons under Article 133 of Positive Law.  
  Note# This Deed, Like all Ecclesiastical Deeds must be on robin-egg blue/sky blue/pastel blue paper. Also please remove brackets once you have updated correct information.

  (1) Replace any text listed between <<text>> with the correct text as indicated.  
  (2) Replace the example number 123456-123456-123456 with your trust number. You obtain it by following the instructions listed here on Trust Numbers.  
  Make sure you seal it with clear plastic so it cannot be directly touched unless someone deliberately removes the clear tape or plastic coating.  
     
  Preparing the Live Borne Record  
  You have two options in creating your Live Borne Record (a) Electronically or (b) manually.  
  (a) Electronic Version of your Live Borne Record  
  The first is making sure you are registered on the Great Register, by going to http://one-heaven.org/register_create_member.asp  
  Once your Trust and Membership Number is properly listed on the Great Register, you can print your Live Borne Record here http://one-heaven.org/register_search_lbr.asp  
  (b) Manual Version of your Live Borne Record

  (i) Your first, middle and last name is the name at your birth.  
  (ii) Replace the example number 123456-123456-123456 with your trust number. You obtain it by following the instructions listed here on Trust Numbers.  
  (iii) Replace E:0 Y000 etc with the Ucadian Time Signature also obtained when creating your Trust Numbers. The [M/D/Year] is the Roman Date. IMPORTANT: Include the Brackets in this once off case.  
  (iv) The "Issued at UCADIA Time" is obtained by going onto Ucadia Time and selecting the day you created this document.  
  (v) The example MZ number is your insurance bond number which is your Trust number with the 1st two letters replaced with the correct regional reserve Bank code in which you live. See below:

  (vi) The OH Number is the Great Register and Public Record number which is your Trust Trust number with the 1st two digits replaced with OH.
