A Trustee Seal is an official seal used for official trust business, excluding all Ecclesiastical Deeds or any Great Writs. |
|
|
|
|
|
A Trustee should be sealing official documents and communication using their standard seal and red ink thumbprint. |
|
|
Listed below is an example of a standard seal, usually made of rubber, and used to seal a document, followed by a thumb print in red within the middle of the seal. |

|
|
|
|
|
Some important points to consider: |
|
|
(i) When a Roman/Western System form demands you use a signature only, then by the laws of necessity you may do so without such a signatur ebeing consent. See: Signing under Duress. |
|
|
(ii) You should have a circular rubber stamp made up, with your unique Trust Number replacing the one in the example. |
|
|
(iii) Only use red ink for both the stamp and the thumbprint. You do not have to use blood and do not use another ink color. |
|
|
(iv) You DO NOT sign your name when you seal as per the example. |
