A Trustee Seal is an official seal used for official trust business, excluding all Ecclesiastical Deeds or any Great Writs.

A Trustee should be sealing official documents and communication using their standard seal and red ink thumbprint.
Listed below is an example of a standard seal, usually made of rubber, and used to seal a document, followed by a thumb print in red within the middle of the seal.

  Some important points to consider:
  (i) When a Roman/Western System form demands you use a signature only, then by the laws of necessity you may do so without such a signatur ebeing consent. See: Signing under Duress.
(ii) You should have a circular rubber stamp made up, with your unique Trust Number replacing the one in the example.
(iii) Only use red ink for both the stamp and the thumbprint. You do not have to use blood and do not use another ink color.
(iv) You DO NOT sign your name when you seal as per the example.
