Deed of Trust is a condensed version of the sacred covenant Pactum de Singularis Caelum suitable for use in the registration of accounts and other services through alternate societies where the lodgment of a circumscribed copy of the covenant is inappropriate. |

Under Article 130.2 of the sacred Covenant Pactum de Singularis Caelum, members may issue a Deed of Trust as proof of the existence of their Trust when seeking a service or registration with an alternate society. |

Whie the complete covenant is the formal deed by which all trusts of members is lawfully created and property conveyed, it is often impractical to submit a bulky copy of the whole covenant when seeking the registration of a special deposit trust account for example. The Deed of Trust therefore makes this process possible, conforming in respect to standards and traditions of alternate societies. |
