Step 3 - Deed of Ecclesiastical Dishonor ("DED") is the third step and points you should consider when you decide to prepare and then post, lodge or produce one or more EDP(s) as proof of your competent living status as Trustee of a True Trust holding Real Property. |

Responding to Dishonor |

| |
When a competent living being issues a valid Ecclesiastical Deed Poll, it is possible that the inferior Roman agents will dishonor it by one or more of the techniques listed under EDP Dishonors. |
|
| |
A Dishonor has nothing to do with the sacred instrument being defective in some way, or the alternate society possessing some kind of power that allows them to legitimately reject such a supremely power ecclesiastical instrument. Quite the opposite. It is a reflection of the general level of ignorance, arrogance and anarchy within many agencies connected to the Roman Cult and its systems. |

Nonetheless, any Executors, Administrators or Trustees that fail to honor their fiduciary obligations and acknowledge an Ecclesiastical Deed Poll, means such dishonor must be pursued. This is the purpose of the Deed of Ecclesiastical Dishonor. |

A Deed of Ecclesiastical Dishonor must be sent after seven (7) and the failure of Trustees, Executors and Administrators of the Roman System have failed to perform their duties. |
|
| |
The significant aspect of a Deed of Ecclesiastical Dishonor is that as you have pronounced your membership to One Heaven and as Trustee of a True Trust holding real property, then you are granted the power by the Divine to issue a deed that strips the people who refuse to hand back your property of all of their ecclesiastical authority. |

| |
In practical terms, this means the Court and their agents no longer have any valid ecclesiastical authority to perform their duties, the judge no longer has any valid ecclesiastical authority to hear cases over you. |

Q. What is sent to the Court in the dishonor package? |
|
| |
(1) The Deed of Ecclesiastical Dishonor; |
|
| |
(2) Your Live Borne Record, presented for the second time. |
|
| |
(3) Letter Rogatory, Obsignation and Acceptance (see below) |
|
| |
|
|
| |
Preparing the Deed of Ecclesiastical Dishonor |
|

|
|
| |
(i) Replace the example number 123456-123456-123456 with your trust number. You obtain it by following the instructions listed here on Trust Numbers. |
|
| |
(ii) Replace E:8 Y3209 etc with the Ucadian Time Signature based on time of issue of the Deed of Ecclesiastical Dishonor also obtained using UCADIA Time Converter. The [Month Day 2010] is the Roman Date for the same time of issue of the Deed. IMPORTANT: Include the Brackets in this once off case. |

(iii) Replace any text listed between <<text>> with the correct text as indicated. |
|
| |
Make sure you seal it with clear plastic so it cannot be directly touched unless someone deliberately removes the clear tape or plastic coating. |

As it is the two witnesses to the original Ecclesiastical Deed and Pronouncement that issue the Deed of Ecclesiastical Dishonor, the original person who issued the EDP now becomes the third (3rd) witness by witnessing the action of the two witnesses via the Letter Rogatory. |
